Feature Release : Manual Payment

One of the most requested feature from our sellers is the ability to add manual payment option for buyers that want to pay through the cash deposit machine (ATM) after placing their orders. We took some time to think through on how to introduce this feature, while making it convenient and easy to use at the same time. And most importantly, how can we make an improvement to it to make the selling process easier.

We decided to add the payment proof verification tightly integrated into this feature.


So, how do I enable Manual Payment Option?

From your dashboard,  check the “Enable Manual Payment” box. Once you’ve “Checked” the Manual Payment option, you will be required to key in your bank details and that’s it! You can now accept manual payment from your buyers.

OK, but how does it work?

When your customer place an order, the order status will be set to “Pending” until they’ve uploaded the proof of payment. Once they’ve done that, you can then click on the link “Manual – Paid” to view the uploaded proof of payment for verification.


You can then change the order status from “Pending” to “Processing” and proceed with the order fulfillment.

And that’s it! Easy isn’t it?
