As a business owner, making deliveries can be tiring. Especially, when you’ve received a large volume of orders from various customers. What if you allow your customers to come to YOU instead?
AVANA has introduced a new feature called Self Pickup, where business owners can allow their customers to pick up orders from their shop.
Here’s how you can set up your Self Pickup feature on the AVANA dashboard:
From your dashboard, go to Settings and click Shipping.
Then, select Courier and +Add Courier. Choose Self Pickup.
Customers will need to know when and what time you’ll be open. So, you need to set the day and time your shop is open.
If your shop is open at different times on different days, you may set the operating hours according to each selected day.
If a customer wants to pick up an order, they’ll want to know the exact location.
You need to fill in the correct address of your shop to ensure your customers don’t end up getting lost on the way.
If there’s any important information, let your customers know. Add a note to give instructions or reminders on how or where the pick up should be held.
For example, specify the estimated pickup time after an order has been made.
Save it and you’re done! 🎉
The Self Pickup feature will ease your customers’ shopping experience and give them another shipping option to choose from.
